It’s mudbug time again! We’re hosting our 4th annual Fat Tuesday all-u-can-eat crawfish boil on Tuesday, February 12th! We’ll have all the fixins, too! Gumbo, sausage, corn, potatoes….the whole nine yards! We’ll also have Abita beer specials all day, and a couple of Louisiana boys doing an accoustic set! Party kicks off at 5pm. Saturday, November 10th, from 8pm to midnight, we’ll be partnering with a group of local artists to raise awareness and support for at risk art and music programs in local schools. We have an incredibly talented group of artists coming in to showcase and sell their work, and to collect cash donations, art and music supplies, and box-tops for education. A percentage of art sales will be donated as well. 87% of the students we are trying to help live at or below the poverty level. Art and music programs are being cut from curriculums across the state, and even teachers are struggling to keep supplies for their own classes. Come out, enjoy a great drink and great food, check out some amazing art, and support the children and teachers of the surrounding communities. Maybe you’ll find that piece that will set off your own living room!
