Tuesday, October 16th, we’ll be hosting Texas on Tap and Deschutes Brewery.  The evening will consist of 6 delicious ales from the Portland brewery.  John will be cooking a hearty pork tenderloin with apple and sage, and roasted shallot mashed potatoes.  Matt from Matador Meat and Wine will be providing the meat for the evening, and he’ll also be presenting a “Meat 101″ class for the guests.  This will be a fun event.  Get your tickets at www.texasontap.com before they sell out!  Seating is limited to 45, so hurry up!  P.S. there is a quick link to the Texas on Tap site a little further down the page!  Cheers!
