Tuesday, October 16th, we’ll be hosting Texas on Tap and Deschutes Brewery. The evening will consist of 6 delicious ales from the Portland brewery. John will be cooking a hearty pork tenderloin with apple and sage, and roasted shallot mashed potatoes. Matt from Matador Meat and Wine will be providing the meat for the evening, and he’ll also be presenting a “Meat 101″ class for the guests. This will be a fun event.
