It’s mudbug time again! We’re hosting our 4th annual Fat Tuesday all-u-can-eat crawfish boil on Tuesday, February 12th! We’ll have all the fixins, too! Gumbo, sausage, corn, potatoes….the whole nine yards! We’ll also have Abita beer specials all day, and a couple of Louisiana boys doing an accoustic set! Party kicks off at 5pm. It’s the Second Annual Dallas Craft Beer Week, and we’re celebrating along side one of the newest craft brewers to venture in to Texas, Alaskan Brewing Company. We’ll be sampling 5 outstanding beers from the award winning brewery. The White Ale, Amber Ale, I.P.A., Winter Ale, and the infamous Smoked Porter. John will be cooking a hearty pork tenderloin with apple and sage, and roasted shallot mashed potatoes. Matt from Matador Meat and Wine will be providing the meat for the evening, and he’ll also be presenting a “Meat 101″ class for the guests. This will be a fun event.
