Looking for a “real ale”? We’re your huckleberry! We’re proud to announce the installation of a brand new cask pump! Starting Friday, June 27, we’ll be tapping a new cask of delicious conditioned ale twice a month. We’re calling it “Firkin Friday”. Check our events calendar for the lineup of what’s to come. We’ll be coordinating with breweries to do some glassware give aways and other events during these tappings. Like us on Facebook (Rugby House Pub Official) and follow us on Twitter (@Rugbyhousepub) to stay in the know!

Join us Tuesday, October 1st, in welcoming Southern Tier Brewery to DFW!  To celebrate this amazing brewery, we’re having a mini tap takeover.  We’ll be featuring four brews, fresh off the truck!  Pumpking, Live, 2xIPA, and their nitro IPA.  These guys are a world class brewery, and they’ve chosen us as their new market!  Stop in and show some appreciation for some great craft beer!  Cheers!

Join us Wednesday, July 24th, as we welcome the masterminds behind the fantastic local brewery, Community Beer Company!  We’ll be showcasing six of their phenomenal brews for this event.  Each one is delicious in its own right.  The brewers will be here to meet, greet, and  talk about the brewing process, food pairings, and their love of brewing craft beer.  This will be a great time, with great people, great food, and awesome beer!  Cheers!  Jamie Fulton – Head Brewer

Tuesday, October 16th, we’ll be hosting Texas on Tap and Deschutes Brewery.  The evening will consist of 6 delicious ales from the Portland brewery.  John will be cooking a hearty pork tenderloin with apple and sage, and roasted shallot mashed potatoes.  Matt from Matador Meat and Wine will be providing the meat for the evening, and he’ll also be presenting a “Meat 101″ class for the guests.  This will be a fun event.  Get your tickets at www.texasontap.com before they sell out!  Seating is limited to 45, so hurry up!  P.S. there is a quick link to the Texas on Tap site a little further down the page!  Cheers!

After the first cancelled fight card in UFC history, we’re back on schedule!  Join us Saturday, September 22nd, for what should be Jon Jones’ last fight as a light heavyweight.  He squares off at Vitor Belfort to defend his title belt, yet again.  Fights start at 9pm and there’s no cover charge, so get here early for the best seats!  We’ll have food and drink specials all night long!  Cheers!   Jones v Belfort Preview

Every Wednesday night, starting at 6pm, we’ll be tapping something fun!  Bonus….you get to keep the glass when you buy the beer! Be sure to get here early, as some of these beers and their glassware are very limited.  Check the ‘Events Calender’ to see which brewery we’ll have this Wednesday.  Cheers!

Join us Thursday, May 10, at 7pm for a special, one time tapping of Ommegang “Art of Darkness”.  A Belgian style strong dark ale.  This is a limited release beer, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Thursday, April 26th, we’ll be offering several draughts and bottles from Unibroue (one of my favorites).  Unibroue is a brewery out of Canada that specializes in Belgian style strong ales.  The great news…..when you buy the beer, you get to keep the glass!  These aren’t your everyday pints, either.  Unibroue’s beers are best enjoyed out of snifters and chalices.  They are downright sexy glasses.  Get here early, this will only last as long as the glassware does!  We’ll be tapping the kegs at 6pm.  Cheers!

Thursday, Oct. 27 at 6pm, we’ll be tapping four fantastic beers from Brooklyn Brewery.  The better news…..you buy the beer, you keep the glass! The line-up is:  Brooklyn Lager, Brown Ale, Black Chocolate Stout, and ‘The Companion’ Wheat Wine.  Get here early to get your glassware and awesome brew, as they will only be available while supplies last!
